             A reference is invited to the Directorate letters of even number dated 01 Aug 2011 & 09 mar 2012 on the subject cited above.

2.           Last line of Para 3 of this Directorate letter dated 09 Mar 2012 may be substituted as under :- "it is reiterated that the existing criteria of over and above 50 points for adjudging hard and deserving cases stands''
