GDS డిమాండ్ల ఫై పురోభివృధి:

1.GDS ఖాళీ పోస్టులలో     సబ్ స్టూట్ గా పని చేసిన వారికి 1-1-2006 నుండి బకాయిలు చెల్లించుటకు IFA అంగీకరించినది. త్వరలో ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వబడును.

         

2.కాష్ అలవెన్స్ : గతంలో నెలకొకసారి కాష్ అలవెన్స్ క్రింద 50/- ప్రతిపాదనకు బదులు ఒక సారి కాష్  BO నుండి AO కి తెచ్చినందుకు రూ 50/- ఇచ్చు ప్రతిపాదన IFA పరిశీలనలో ఉన్నది.
త్వరలో అది ఆమోదము పొందగలదని ఆశించు చున్నాము. అలాగే Dept.వారు అకౌంటు
 ఆఫీసు నుండి BO కి కాష్ తీసుకొని వెళ్ళినందుకు రూ.50/- ఇచ్చు ప్రతిపాదన పరిశీలనలో 
ఉన్నది. త్వరలోనే నిర్ణయించబడునని ఆశించు చున్నాము.

3. కాష్ హాండ్లింగ్ : ఐదుగురు కమిటీ సిఫార్సులను అనుసరించి BPM  కాష్  హాండ్లింగ్ రూ.20,000/- లకు ఒక పాయింటు బదులు రూ.10,000/- ఒక పాయింటు 
IFA పరిశీలనలో ఉన్నది. అలాగే పే ప్రొటెక్షన్ ఇవ్వబడును. త్వరలోనే సానుకూల మైన ఆర్డర్లు విడుదల కాగలవని ఆశించు చున్నాము.

4. GDS ఉద్యోగులకు  బోనస్ సీలింగు రూ 3500/- పెంచు అంశము ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి వద్ద పెండింగులో ఉన్నది.
 దాని ఫై   అధికార్లతో సంప్రదించి సానుకూల ఆదేశాలు వచ్చునట్లు  ప్రయత్నాలు జరుగుచున్నవి .

5.మన వెల్ ఫేర్ బోర్డు వద్ద GDS ఉద్యోగుల మెడికల్ లీవ్ , బుక్ రివార్డ్ మున్నగు అంశములు పరిశీలనలో వున్నవి. త్వరలోనే వాటి ఫై సానుకూల నిర్ణయములు వెలువడుదును.

Circle relaxation Committee on GDS met on 10.05.2012 at Circle office Hyderabad and recommended 217 cases for appointment in GDS cadre on compassionate grounds.

                        I am directed to refer to this office letter of even number dated 15.06.2011 on the subject mentioned above and to say that Unions, in the meeting with Secretary (Posts) on 10.01.2012 and 12.01.2012, pointed out that the instructions issued vide ibid letter are not being followed strictly.

                        It is, therefore, again requested to please ensure that the cases of grant of Child Care Leave are liberally dealt with as per the instructions of Government of India as mentioned in the letter referred to above.

Subject:- Allotment of post attached/rent free residential accommodation

              to PMs/SPMs.

Sir/Madam,

                                    I am directed to refer to the department’s letter of even no. dated 28.03.2011, enclosing herewith instructions issued vide letter no. 7-6/99-Bldg. dated 13/14.12.2001. The part (C) of the instructions pertains to ‘allotment of post attached/rent free residential accommodation’.

2.         It has been brought to the notice of the Department that in some circles, there has been resentment among the PMs/SPMs on being forced to accept quarters that are not in the premises of post offices, as post attached quarters. The matter has been under consideration in the Department for some time.

3.         It is hereby clarified that the quarters, which are within the premises/building of the post offices, need only be declared as post attached quarters; which the PMs/SPMs are bound to occupy. However, in other cases, i.e. quarters which are not in the premises/building of the post office, it may be left to the discretion of the concerned Pos/SPMs whether to accept or not accept such quarters.

4.         This may kindly be brought to the notice of all concerned for information, guidance and necessary action.

5.         This issues with the approval of Member (Planning).

The revised procedure, Scheme and Syllabus for Direct recruitment to the posts of Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants has been communicated vide Postal Directorate  letter no 60-9/2009-SPB-I dated 08.05.2012.

Announcement of vacancies for PS Group B Examination

The PS Group B Examination is scheduled to be held on 03.06.2012. But the vacancies for the Examination is yet to be notified by the Directorate. Department has taken decision to conduct PS Group ‘B’ exam on 3^rd June, may be under old recruitment rules only. As per the calculations made by the IP/ASP association of Punjab circle, Vacancies predicted for the PS Group B Examination under each category as per existing recruitment rules are around 19 for IP Line in 165 point roster and2 for General line in 52 point roster. 

Law Ministry Cleared the Postman Recruitment Rules. The revised recruitment rules for Postman shortly Gazette Notification will be issued.

11 వ  పోస్టల్ సర్వీసెస్ స్టాఫ్ వెల్ఫేర్ బోర్డ్ మీటింగ్16-05-2012 తేదిన న్యు ఢిల్లీ నందు కమ్యూని కేషన్ మంత్రి గారిఅధ్యక్షతనజరుగనున్నది. 

ఈసమావేశమునకుమొదటి సారిగా జి.డి.ఎస్ ప్రతినిధికి అవకాశము కల్పించడము  జరిగినది.అదికూడాఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సర్కిల్ నుండే నామినేట్ చేయవలసినదిగా  దైరేక్తో రేట్ తెలిపియున్నది.గత సంవత్సరములో జరుగ వలసినసమావేశము  పై తేదిన జరుగనున్నది.
